extra lean ground beef

can unsalted pinto beans
rinsed and drained

can unsalted stewed tomatoes
un-drained

uncooked long grain rice

water

salsa
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.
Cook until no longer pink; drain.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
