Ingredients

Medjool dates
pitted

cup
almond butter
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
cup
dried cranberries
1/4
cup
chopped pecans
1/4
cup
shredded coconut
unsweetened
Instructions
In food processor with S blade attachment, add pitted dates and process until they form a paste.
Add the almond butter and cinnamon process until combined.
Add the cranberries, pecans, and ΒΌ cup coconut and pulse until combined.
Remove blade from food processor, scoop out dough into 2 tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
