Instructions
  1. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine rice, broccoli, turkey, black pepper and cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix milk and soup until smooth; add to turkey mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with crushed crackers.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and top is golden brown.
