Ingredients

rinsed

extra virgin olive oil

za’atar seasoning
Instructions
Spread out chickpeas on a paper towel and pat or rub dry.
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and za’atar. Stir to mix, ensuring that the chickpeas are evenly coated with seasoning.
Line a heavy rimmed sheet pan with foil and spread chickpeas evenly on the pan.
Bake in the center of the oven until crunchy, about 20 minutes, stirring and rotating after 10 minutes.
Store any cooled leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
