Ingredients

Tajin Classico seasoning

Carb Balance tortillas (6 inch)

sugar

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

butter and margarine blend
Instructions
Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
Wash and prepare fruit, combine in a bowl.
Add lime juice, sprinkle with Tajin, and mix.
Refrigerate fruit mixture until ready to serve.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl, set aside.
Lightly butter each tortilla with the butter/margarine blend.
Heat tortillas in a skillet on both sides until browned.
Remove tortillas from the skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Fill each tortilla with fruit mixture and serve immediately.
