Ingredients
- 5cloves garlicpureed
- 1/3cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Marinade for at least 20 minutes and up to overnight.
Recipe Notes
Recipe makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat, serving size was based on a 4 ounce serving for a total of 8 servings.
