Instructions
  1. Place cutlets between 2 pieces of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/8-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  2. Coat both sides with coating mix.
  3. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add olive oil.
  4. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Add cutlets.
  6. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Place sauce in microwave-safe dish and microwave at high for 90 seconds or until heated.
  8. Spoon over cutlets and sprinkle with cheese.
