Instructions
  1. Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray.
  2. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add sausage and pepper
  4. Sauté 1-2 minutes until sausage begins to brown.
  5. Add broth; bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Add beans and salsa and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  8. Top with cilantro if desired.
