Instructions
Clean prep area, wash hands, and wash produce.
Slice brussels sprouts
Whisk together dressing ingredients: agave, fresh squeezed orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; set aside
Toss together brussels sprouts, quinoa, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and dressing.
