Eggs come in various shapes and sizes.  But did you know that each egg goes through a process of inspection to determine which grade and size an egg will be classified before it makes it to your grocery store?

The Texas Department of Agriculture assists with the inspection, grading, and sizing of eggs sold in the Texas and show us today a little behind the scenes on grading eggs.
