- 20 ounce crushed pineapple in juice
- 10 ounce fat-free whipped topping
- 1 ounce package instant pistachio pudding mix sugar and fat free mix
- 10 ounce can mandarin oranges in juice
- Wash hands and clean cooking area.
- Be sure to clean the tops of canned food items before opening.
- Mix pineapple and pudding mix in a large bowl.
- Add whipped topping and stir until well incoporated
- Add in mandarin oranges.
- Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
