Peachy Pork Tenderloin

This sweet and savory pork tenderloin is the perfect recipe to double, triple or more to fit the size of your family or party! Juicy pork tenderloin with a touch of sweetness with fresh peaches pair perfectly with sweeter wines such as Moscato, Reisling, or Blanc du Bios.

Ingredients
  • 2 medium fresh peaches pitted and sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Tbsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound lean pork tenderloin

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the peaches, onion, honey, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  5. Use half of the peach mixture to coat the pork tenderloin and place the tenderloin and foil on the grill.
  6. Grill over medium-high heat until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 160°F.
  7. Remove the pork from the grill, slice, and top with the remaining peach mixture.
  8. Serve immediately.
