Grilled Watermelon

Grilling the watermelon caramelizes the natural sugars in the fruit. Serve with balsamic vinegar, feta and mint leaves or jalapeño juice for a sweet and spicy variation.

  • 1 medium watermelon cut in 1/2 in slices
  • olive oil for brushing

  1. Heat grill. Brush watermelon with olive oil and place on the grill cut side down for 4 minutes turning once.
