- 1 aguacate grande sin cascara y semilla
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 taza de polvo de cacao sin azucar
- 6 cda de miel
- 1/4 taza de leche sin grasa
- 1 cdta de harina de cafe
- 1 cdta de vainilla

Instructions
- Lave sus mano, su area de trabajo y las frutas a utilizar.
- Coloque todos los ingredientes en el envase de una liquiadora y mezcle hasta que la mezcla de vea lisa.
- Enfrie hasta que este listo para servirse. Decore con cascara de naranja.
