Ingredients
  • 12 ounces extra lean ground beef chuck or round
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 15 ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes un-drained
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 8 whole-wheat hamburger buns

Instructions
  1. Crumble beef into a large nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat until it starts to sizzle, about 1 minute.
  2. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon until the onion is soft and the moisture has evaporated, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and flour; stir to combine.
  4. Stir in water, chili sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer, stirring often.
  5. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened and the onion is very tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Serve on warm buns. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Meatloaf
  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted tomato sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Topping
  • 1/2 cup unsalted tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar

  1. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix beef, onion, salt, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, and pepper.
  3. Make into one large island and place in the baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all topping ingredients and pour over meatloaf.
  5. Bake at 350ËšF for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160ËšF.

Ingredients
  • 20 fresh baby carrots
  • 3 pound lean pork loin trimmed
  • 1 cup button mushrooms chopped
  • 1 cup baby portabella mushrooms chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth reduced-fat, unsalted
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
  1. Add carrots to the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add roast to slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, onions, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, pepper, soup, and broth; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
  3. In a small sauce pan, bring 1 /12-2 cups of liquid from slow cooker to a boil.
  4. In a small cup, combine cornstarch and water until smooth and add to sauce pan. Stir together until thickened.
  5. Serve pork and vegetables with gravy. If desired, sprinkle french-fried onions on top.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 6 ounce can can tomato paste unsalted
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 8 chicken breast boneless, skinless

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, blend vinegar, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Mix in the onion, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Saute the chicken thighs on both sides until browned.
  3. Remove from heat, drain, and arrange in a medium baking dish. Cover with cider vinegar mixture.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until the internal cooking temperature measures 165 degrees F.
