Instructions
- Place cutlets between 2 pieces of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/8-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Coat both sides with coating mix.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add olive oil.
- Place over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add cutlets.
- Cook 2 minutes on each side.
- Place sauce in microwave-safe dish and microwave at high for 90 seconds or until heated.
- Spoon over cutlets and sprinkle with cheese.
