Ingredients
  • 3 mangos chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 ounces tortilla chips lowfat, unsalted

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your preparation area and rinse the mangos, peppers, cilantro under cool running water before chopping.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except tortilla chips, into a bowl.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and refrigerate leftover salsa.

Ingredients
  • 3 mangos cortado en cuadros
  • 2 tazas de arandanos azules
  • 1/2 pepino cortado en rebanadas delgadas
  • 1 jalapeno sin simillas cortado en pedazos finos
  • 1 cda de jenjibre fresco cortado en pedazos
  • 1 diente de ajo cortado en pedazos
  • 1 cda hoja de menta cortado en pedazos finos
  • 1/2 taza de perejil cortado en pedazos finos
  • 1 limon exprimido
  • Pimiento cayena a gusto

  1. Lave sus manos, su area de trabajo y las frutas y vegetales a utilizar.
  2. Combine todos los ingredientes en un envase.
  3. Mezcle gentilmente con el jugo de limon.
  4. Enfrie. Rocie sutilmente con pimiento de cayena antes de servir.
