Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions
  1. Begin by mixing sugar, milk, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla together until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt until well combined.
  3. Slowly add dry mixture to the wet mixture and make sure it is well combined.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans and melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle evenly on top of the unbaked batter.
  7. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise fat free
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese reduced fat, divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 4 4 ounce tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • cooking spray

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish. Place fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over fillets.
  3. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, melted butter and remaining cheese. Sprinkle over fillets. Lightly spray each fillet with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
