Ingredients
  • 4 tea bags vanilla flavored black tea
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled

Instructions
  1. Using a glass measuring cup, fill water to 2 cups and heat in a microwave for 3 minutes or until water begins to boil.
  2. Carefully remove the measuring cup from the microwave and place tea bags in hot water. Steep tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags, pour into a 2-quart pitcher, and let cool.
  4. Blend together pineapple and ½ cup of water on low speed until liquified.
  5. Pour blended pineapple over cooled tea in a pitcher. Add agave nectar and stir well.
  6. Stir in 2 cups of water and 2 cups of chilled sparkling water, and serve over ice.

Ingredients
  • 40 ounces water divided
  • 5 bags bags black tea
  • 1 medium peach pitted and sliced
  • 1.5 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh spearmint
  • 1 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed

  1. Clean your preparation area, and rinse fresh herbs and fruits before cutting.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 20 ounces of water to boil then remove from heat. Let tea bags steep for about 4 minutes or until desired strength.
  3. Pour into a pitcher and add honey, remaining 20 ounces of water, peach slices, mint and lemon juice.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until cold.
  5. Serve over ice including some peach slices and mint from the pitcher as garnish.

  • 1 cup Blackberries crushed
  • 1.5 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves chiffonade
  • Juice of 2 limes
