Ingredients
  • 8 cups water
  • 4 bags green tea
  • 1.5 Tablespoons sugar free lemonade mix
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon

Instructions
  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. In a *pitcher pour the boiling water and place the green tea bags in the water. Let steep for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining cups of water and the lemonade mix to the pitcher of tea.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Wash the leaves of mint and lemon under cool running water.
  6. Pull the mint leaves off the stem and slice the lemon and add to the pitcher.
  7. Store in the refrigerator and serve over ice.
  8. Use within 12-24 hours or up to 3-4 days with the mint and lemons removed after 24 hours.
  9. *be sure to use a pitcher or container that can safely handle boiling water or steep directly in the pot used to boil water.

Ingredients
  • 48 ounces water divided
  • 6 bags green tea
  • 1 cup Blackberries crushed
  • 1.5 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves chiffonade
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
  1. Clean your preparation area, and rinse fresh herbs and fruits before cutting.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 20 ounces of water to boil then remove from heat. Let tea bags steep for about 4 minutes or until desired strength.
  3. Pour into a pitcher and add honey, remaining 28 ounces of water, blackberries, basil, and lime juice.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until cold.
  5. Serve over ice with blackberries and basil leaves from the pitcher as garnish.
