Texas blackberries are in season and available now. This refreshing blackberry drink is guaranteed to be on repeat this spring. The blackberries bring a slight tartness, while the honey adds a smooth sweetness. Paired with zero-sugar soda, you have a 35-calorie treat.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 12 ounce can sugar free ginger ale

  1. Combine black berries, lemon juice, and honey with a splash of ginger ale in a shaker and muddle. If you do not have a shaker or muddler, a glass jar and a wooden spoon work great.
  2. Pour mocktail through a strainer over ice.
  3. Fill remainder of glass with ginger ale. Garnish with whole blackberries.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 large alapeno sliced
  • 48 ounces sparkling water unsweetened, non-caffinated
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  1. Wash hands and clean cooking surfaces
  2. In a pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice and sliced jalepeno. Stir and chill for at least 4 hours.
  3. For Chili Lime Seasoning, combine chili powder, lime juice powder and salt.
  4. Take pitcher out of the refrigerator, add sparkling water then stir.
  5. Using a 12 ounce cup, use ice to wet the rim of the glass, then invert and coat with prepared chili lime seasoning
  6. Add ice to cup and pour prepared spicy grapefruit mixture

Ingredients
  • 2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, no sugar added (approx. 6 tbsp)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Store in air tight containers.
  3. Combine 4.5 tablespoons of cocoa mix with 8 –10 ounces of hot water, stir until dissolved. Enjoy!

  • 3 cups powdered milk Nonfat, dry
  • 1/2 cup powdered creamer French Vanilla, Sugar Free
  • 2 cups instant unsweetened tea
  • 1 tablespoon cloves ground
  • 2 tablespoon ginger ground
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 teaspoon allspice ground
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg ground
  • 1 tablespoon cardamon ground
  • 2 tablespoons stevia sugar substitute

To make the Batch:
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Use whisk to combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container (2 quart jars or 3 pint jars)
To make an individual Chai Tea Latte:
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of Chai Tea Mix with 8 ounces of hot water. Enjoy!
