These tropical fruit pops are a refreshing way to stay hydrated while enjoying vitamins, fiber, and potassium. The combination of colorful fruits and coconut water creates a naturally sweet treat that supports a healthy lifestyle and cools you off on a hot summer day!

Remember, if you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can easily blend this together and place in a freezer safe container and create a fruit sorbet!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut water unsweetened
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango

Instructions
  1. Add coconut water to a pitcher, stir in honey and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  2. Let fruit thaw slightly before slicing. Slice thinly or dice small enough to fit into popsicle mold.
  3. Place fruit into popsicle mold, filling about Âľ full
  4. Pour the coconut water mixture over the fruit to fill mold completely.
  5. Add the lid to popsicle mold, freeze for one hour before adding the popsicle sticks.
  6. Continue freezing for 6-8 hours (or overnight).
  7. Tip: to remove popsicles from mold, you may need to soak mold in warm water for 30-60 seconds.
  8. Tip: This recipe can also be blended and frozen to make a fruit sorbet

  • 3 cups watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple canned in juice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth
  2. Add mixture to popsicle mold.
  3. Cover mold and add popsicle sticks
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight) before serving.
