Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced

Instructions
  1. Clean your preparation area and wash your hands.
  2. Wash carrots, spinach, and bell pepper before cutting.
  3. Mix non-fat plain Greek yogurt with dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in medium size bowl until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours for best flavor.
  5. To assemble wrap, divide yogurt dip among 6 whole wheat tortillas and spread to cover one side of the tortilla.
  6. Divide baby spinach among the tortillas evenly and spread out over the dip.
  7. Then fill tortillas evenly with remaining shredded carrots and slice bell pepper. Roll tortillas to create a wrap.

Ingredients
  • 24 dove breasts deboned
For the marinade
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  1. 1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area. Combine all measured marinade ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Add dove breasts to the marinade; turn breasts to distribute marinade evenly. 3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 4. Grill dove over a medium-high heat flame for 4-6 minutes. Serve on a bed of greens and dip in your favorite side sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  1. NOTE: Mix all dry ingredients; store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. Wrap pan in foil leaving enough foil to cover chicken
  4. Add chicken to a bowl and coat well with spice mix.
  5. Spray sheet pan with nonstick spray and add chicken, distributing it evenly on the sheet pan.
  6. Cover chicken with foil and bake 20-25 minutes until fully cooked or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
