- 2 pounds tilapia fillets thawded
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 medium lemon
- Wash hands and disinfect work surfaces.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thaw tilapia if needed.
