Ingredients
  • 1 pound Slow Cooker French Onion Roast
  • 1 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles cooked
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped

Instructions
  1. Begin cooking the egg noodles according to package directions, omitting added salt.
  2. In another pot over medium heat, begin to reheat Slow Cooker French Pot Roast adding the beef broth, bring to a simmer.
  3. Add in the cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese is completely combined with the beef.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add to the beef, fold until the noodles are coated.
  5. Serve topped with fresh chopped parsley.

Ingredients
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 cups butternut squash cubed
  • 3 cups fresh kale chopped
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1 - 15 ounce can black beans low sodium
  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups vegetable broth low sodium

  1. Make sure your area is clean and ready for preparation.
  2. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  3. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir.
  4. Cook in slow cooker on high for 4 hours.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces lean turkey Italian sausage
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup sweet potato peeled & cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
  • 15 ounce unsalted white beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups kale chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese shredded

  1. Remove casings from sausage.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat.
  3. Add Italian sausage and onion to pan, and cook until sausage browns, stirring to crumble. Drain sausage and return to pan.
  4. Stir in potatoes, beans, garlic, and chicken stock; bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook 7 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped kale and rosemary, and cook for 4 minutes until kale wilts, stirring occasionally. Serve soup in 4–6 bowls, serving with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 3 4 ounce chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth fat-free, low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh, minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 large russet potato cubed
  • 4 carrots chopped

  1. Lightly spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Lay the chicken breasts on the bottom of slow cooker and add salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and garlic; set aside.
  4. Add onion, potato, and carrots to the slow cooker.
  5. Pour balsamic vinegar mixture on top and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
