Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cheesecake pudding mix instant, fat free, sugar free
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping sugar free
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cherries frozen, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix the corn starch and water together and set aside.
  2. In a small pot add the cherries, honey and cornstarch mix.
  3. On medium low heat heat the mixture until thick and bubbly.
  4. Use a potato masher to mash the cherries while cooking. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  5. Pour into another bowl, cover and set in the refrigerator to cool.
  6. In a medium mix bowl mix together the yogurt, pudding mix and whipped topping.
  7. Divide mixture evenly into two small bowls and cover and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set-up.
  8. Divide cherry topping evenly between the yogurt mixture and enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Eye of Round Beef Steak, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets frozen
  • 1/2 cup beef broth no salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce less sodium
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 2 cups brown rice cooked

  1. In a small bowl mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey and corn starch. Set aside
  2. Heat a medium skillet over high to medium high heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Sauté the bell pepper and onion for 2 to 4 minutes. Add frozen broccoli and continue to sauté.
  3. Add beef and cook until no longer pink or an internal temperature of 145°F
  4. Stir the beef broth mixture and add to the skillet along with the bok choy. Cook until bok choy is wilted and the sauce is thick.
  5. Serve over cooked brown rice.

Ingredients
  • 3 large ripe bananas divided
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces frozen fat free whipped topping
  • 8 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 tablespoons pecans chopped and toasted

  1. Mash 2 of the bananas, reserve the 3rd for slicing.
  2. In a medium pot, heat the bananas, 3/4 cup milk, ¼ cup heavy whipping cream and sugar. Wisk together the remaining ¼ cup milk and corn starch. When banana mixture is heated through, lower the heat and stir in the milk and cornstarch.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds and vanilla extract. Let cool slightly then place in the fridge to chill and let thicken, at least an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and toast pecans for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Top with the whipped topping, sliced banana, graham cracker crumbs and toasted pecans. Serve in either one large dish, or single servings divided into 8 parfait cups or double servings into 4 dishes.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root paste
  • 5 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 1 ablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

  1. Wash and clean your hands and preparation area. Rinse any fresh vegetables under cool running water before chopping.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breast in the pan for about 5-7 minutes or until pink can no longer be seen.
  3. While chicken is cooking, combine water, corn starch, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the broccoli florets to the pan and combine the chicken and broccoli. Add in the sauce mixture then cover and cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove the lid and continue to cook until sauce has thickened and chicken has reached a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Top with sesame seeds and serve over brown rice.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless beef top round steak cut into 3 inch strips
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch

  1. Combine beef, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a bowl and let stand
  2. Wash broccoli thoroughly and cut into florets
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat; add broccoli florets and then stir-fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add 1/2 cup water and stir until water evaporates
  5. Add beef mixture and stir fry for 3 minutes
  6. Stir together broth and corn starch, add to meet and stir-fry until sauce is thickened, about 2-4 minutes longer.
