Ingredients
  • 2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
  2. Run your strawberries, blueberries and the top of the can of coconut milk under cool running water.
  3. Blend 1 cup of the yogurt and the strawberries together in a blender until smooth. Reserve strawberry mixture.
  4. Blend 1 cup of the yogurt and the blueberries together in a blender until smooth. Reserve blueberry mixture.
  5. In popsicle mold evenly distribute coconut milk, then strawberry mixture, then blueberry mixture. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours. Store in the freezer for up to 1 week.

  • 3 mangos cortado en cuadros
  • 2 tazas de arandanos azules
  • 1/2 pepino cortado en rebanadas delgadas
  • 1 jalapeno sin simillas cortado en pedazos finos
  • 1 cda de jenjibre fresco cortado en pedazos
  • 1 diente de ajo cortado en pedazos
  • 1 cda hoja de menta cortado en pedazos finos

  • 1 limon exprimido
  • Pimiento cayena a gusto

  • 6 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, and lettuce) pre-washed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed
  • 6 tablespoons goat cheese crumbled

  1. Wash your hands and clean your food preparation area.
  2. Wash all produce and fruits before preparing the salad.
  3. Place the mixed greens in a bowl. (If you don’t have mixed greens, use what greens you have on hand.)
