Guacamole Food Safety

November 13, 2017 by Dinner Tonight

Guacamole is a great dish to prepare for any time of the year. When serving at any occasion, remember the 2 hour rule. Guacamole outside of refrigeration will only last for a short while so don't give bacteria a chance! Most importantly, when in doubt, toss it out!
