Measure out 4 ounces of hummus and place into large bowl. Then add feta, olives, pepperoncini's, tomatoes and cucumber, mix well.Add oregano and more feta for garnish and serve with pita wedges for dipping.

Combine yogurt, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper and dill in a medium bowl, chop cucumber and add to yogurt. Refrigerate until needed.
Season steak with salt and pepper to taste. Sear steak in a pan on high heat (2-3 minutes on each side). Place steak on rack of broiler pan. Broil 10-15 minutes for medium rare (145° F) doneness, turning once. Carve steak into 1/2 inch slices.
Spread pitas with 2 Tablespoons hummus. Place tomatoes and olives on evenly on each pita. Sprinkle Feta cheese and serve with the yogurt mixture.
