Ingredients
  • 4 avocados ripe
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1 teaspoon pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon onion minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork or a potato masher to make a slightly chunky mixture.
  2. Stir in lime juice, garlic, tomato, onion, pepper sauce and salt.
  3. Enjoy!

  • 3 aguacates
  • 1/2 taza de guisantes ojos negros congelados descongelados
  • 1/2 taza chicharos congelados descongelados
  • 2 cucharadas jugo de lima
  • 1 tomate mediano picado
  • 1/2 taza de cebolla picada
  • 2 diente de ajo picado
  • 2 cucharadas de hojas de cilantro freso picado
  • 1 jalapeno chico picado y sin semillas
  • 1/2 cucharadita de comino molido

  1. laves las manos y limpie su area para cocinar.
  2. Retire la pulpa del aguacate y coloque en un tazón grande. Machuque con un tenedor.
  3. Agregar guidantes, ojos negros, chícharos, jugo de lima, tomate, cebolla, ajo, cilantro, jalapeno, y comino a el aguacate.
  4. Agregar sal y pimienta al gusto.
  5. Refrigere, si no lo servir inmediatamente. *para un guacamole mas suave ponga todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y procese hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder unsweetend
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 small avocados seeded, peeled, and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 15 ounce can unsalted black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 8.75 ounce can unsalted kernel corn drained
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Combine together the black beans, corn, garlic powder, avocado, onion, and chopped tomato.
  3. If you would like to add the jalapeño and cilantro combine it with the above ingredients
  4. Set aside mixture
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes with olive oil; reduce heat to medium.
  6. Cook tortilla for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned, turning twice.
  7. Transfer tortilla to a baking pan.
  8. Place cheese and 1/8 prepared mixture on side of tortilla and fold to make burrito (You can use a toothpick to hold together).
  9. Place burrito in oven for 5-10 minutes and turn once to toast both sides until heated through and through. May broil for 3 minutes to make crispy.
  10. Serve while hot.

Ingredients
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 8 oz thin sliced turkey breast low sodium
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes sliced in half
  • 4 sprays Olive Oil Cooking Spray

  1. Place bread slices on a clean surface. Spread mustard evenly on 4 bread slices.
  2. Layer your sandwiches with 1-2 slices of turkey meat,1 slice swiss cheese, sliced avocado. Last, top with sliced grapes.
  3. Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top of the sandwich.
  4. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray and grill each side of the sandwich for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy.
