Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 pound chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package of Italian dressing mix
  • 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup reduced fat
  • 8 oz package of cream cheese non-fat
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 oz can of mushrooms drained

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker, mix water and Italian dressing mix together and pour over chicken.
  3. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup and cream cheese together and pour over chicken.
  5. Stir mushrooms in and top off with black pepper.
  6. Cook for a remainder of 1.5 to 2 hours or until chicken is cooked and ingredients are melted.

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • olive oil for brushing
  • herbs to taste

Instructions
  1. Scrub potatoes under cool running water and let dry.
  2. Prick each potato at least 8 times.
  3. Lightly brush each potato with olive oil, season with herbs of your choice. Be ware of adding too much sodium to your potatoes!
  4. Individually wrap each potato in foil (wrap tightly).
  5. Place in slow cooker and don't overfill.
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender when pressed with a mitten. Caution: potatoes will be hot when removed from slow cooker.

  • 3 pounds frozen slice peaches thawed and drained
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup 1% Milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Slow Cooker Directions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
  2. Preheat your slow cooker by setting it ti the low setting.
  3. In a medium size mixing bowl. mix together the flour, cornmeal,baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Add in Greek yogurt, milk, egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Add peaches in an even layer on the bottom of the slow cooker
  6. Pour the flour mixture on top of peaches.
  7. Slow cook on low for a minimum of 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
  8. Store any leftover cobbler in the refrigerator. Do not reheat food or leftovers in the slow cooker; instead reheat on stove top or the microwave.
Multifunction Cooker Directions
  1. Peach Cobbler recipe needs to be halved in order to fit into the standard multifunction cooker! Makes 5 Servings. Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
  2. In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Add in Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Add peaches to the bottom of the multi-function cooker.
  5. Spread the flour mixture on top of peaches
  6. Set on high pressure for 8 minutes. Use the quick steam release.
  7. Store any leftover cobbler in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
  • 6 limes divided
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 5 pounds boneless pork butt or shoulder trimmed
  • 12 white corn tortillas
  • 1 large white onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup)

  1. Mix the juice of two limes, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, ground cumin.
  2. Place juice mixture and pork butt in a large plastic freezer bag.
  3. Marinade for about two hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Place pork shoulder in a large slow cooker with the marinade.Barely cover the pork with water and let cook on medium until meat will shred easy with a fork about 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Remove meat; drain. Shred meat.
  6. Place in warmed tortillas, top with chopped onion and cilantro. Squeeze sliced lime on each taco.

Ingredients
  • 1 large onion sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 lb boneless pork butt or shoulder
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce reduced sodium
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Slow Cooker Directions
  1. Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Place pork on top of onions. Sprinkle brown sugar, salt and pepper on top of pork.
  2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, sugar, mustard, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Drizzle half of the vinegar mixture over pork. Cover and refrigerate remaining mixture. Cook pork on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove meat and onions; drain. Shred meat and onions; top with remaining vinegar mixture.
Multifunction Cooker Directions
  1. Sauté pork and onions in 1 Tablespoon canola oil until browned and turn the roast to brown the other side.
  2. Remove roast and add 1 cup water to pan and stir to remove and bits of food that are stuck to the bottom.
  3. Return roast to pot and close and set the vent to close, cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  4. Natural release and then remove roast and dump the water from the pot. Shred the meat.
  5. Return the meat to the pot and follow directions to make the vinegar mixture.
  6. Add the mixture to the pork and cook on the slow cooker setting for 30 minutes.
