  • 1 aguacate grande sin cascara y semilla
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 taza de polvo de cacao sin azucar
  • 6 cda de miel
  • 1/4 taza de leche sin grasa
  • 1 cdta de harina de cafe
  • 1 cdta de vainilla

  1. Lave sus mano, su area de trabajo y las frutas a utilizar.
  2. Coloque todos los ingredientes en el envase de una liquiadora y mezcle hasta que la mezcla de vea lisa.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder unsweetend
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  1. 1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area. 2. In a food processor or blender mix all ingredients until the consistency is smooth and velvety. 3. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor, or for at least 2 hours. 4. Serve topped with fresh bananas and berries.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked pinto beans drained, mashed
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup non-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your work area.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Spray a 9X9 square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or 12 muffin cups.
  4. Cream margarine and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add remaining wet ingredients.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in the raisins and walnuts.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes for 9X9 cake or 20 minutes for muffins.
