Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 each lavash flatbreads
  • 1 large granny smith apples chopped into matchsticks

Instructions
  1. Using a small mixing bowl, add peanut butter, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well.
  2. Use a spatula to spread peanut butter over one side of the wraps, leaving a slight space around the outer edge.
  3. Spread ÂĽ of the apple matchsticks on top of peanut butter mixture. Starting at one side, gently roll up the wrap from the long edge.
  4. Use a pizza cutter, knife, or kitchen scissors to cut in half.
  5. This recipe allows for a lot of creativity. Have fun trying variations with raisins, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, bananas, or a few chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups roasted chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 6 Eggroll wrappers
  • Non stick cooking spray

Instructions
  1. Wash hands and clean all cooking surfaces
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
  3. In a large bowl combine, shredded chicken, shredded cabbage, julienned red bell peppers, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro leaves, and mix
  4. In a small bowl mix together, reduced fat peanut butter, reduced sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add sauce to chicken and vegetable mixture, stir until well combined
  6. Put egg roll wrapper on your clean cooking surface. Spoon approximately ½ cup of mixture over the bottom third of the wrapper.
  7. Wet the outside edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the edges toward the center of the wrapper and roll closed.
  8. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and mixture.
  9. Spray egg rolls with nonstick spray and place seam side down in the air fryer. Ensure there is enough room for air to flow around eggrolls. You may have to cook in batches.
  10. Cook egg rolls for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Flax seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Peanut Butter morsels
  • 2 teaspoon Stevia sweetener

  1. In a mason jar or tight seal container, place the rolled oats and almond milk. Stir together.
  2. Continue to add ingredients (Cocoa powder, flax seeds, peanut butter powder, peanut butter morsels, and sweetener) and stir after adding each for even distribution.
  3. Once all the ingredients are mix, place in the refrigerator overnight or for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve and enjoy! Overnight Oats are best when eaten within 3 days
