- 2 medium fresh peaches pitted and sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Tbsp onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Tbsp honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound lean pork tenderloin
- Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the peaches, onion, honey, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Blend until smooth.
- Place the pork tenderloin on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Use half of the peach mixture to coat the pork tenderloin and place the tenderloin and foil on the grill.
- Grill over medium-high heat until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 160°F.
- Remove the pork from the grill, slice, and top with the remaining peach mixture.
- Serve immediately.
