Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless beef top round steak cut into 3 inch strips
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch

Instructions
  1. Combine beef, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a bowl and let stand
  2. Wash broccoli thoroughly and cut into florets
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat; add broccoli florets and then stir-fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add 1/2 cup water and stir until water evaporates
  5. Add beef mixture and stir fry for 3 minutes
  6. Stir together broth and corn starch, add to meet and stir-fry until sauce is thickened, about 2-4 minutes longer.

Ingredients
  • 1 each green, red and yellow bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 small onion cut into strips
  • 1 pound boneless beef top round steak fat trimmed and cut into strips
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons light soy sauce less sodium
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

  1. Heat large non-stick skillet with cooking spray on medium-heat.
  2. Add bell peppers and onions; cook and stir 6-8 minutes; transfer to large bowl and cover to keep warm.
  3. Add meat, garlic and black pepper to skillet.
  4. Cook and stir 3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce; cook 1 minute or until meat is done.
  6. Stir in barbecue sauce and cook another 3 minutes.
  7. Toss meat mixture with vegetables.
  8. Spoon over rice.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Frozen Cheese Ravioli
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth low sodium
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 ounce Parmesan cheese grated

  1. Cook ravioli according to the package directions, drain and return them to the pot.
  2. In a large skillet over low heat, cook together onion, garlic and broth until tender.
  3. Add tomatoes until tomatoes soften, 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Gently toss the cooked ravioli with the tomato mixture, top with parsley.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  1. Puree garbanzo beans in a food processor.
  2. Add pumpkin puree and mix well
  3. Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, and paprika. Mix well.
